Over a lunch of Indian Wraps, Samosa and Lassi from Nirvarnam’s new Ginza Branch, Dr. Sugai presented a fascinating two hour workshop (with break in the middle) about the key role of ‘Value’ in marketing products and services, including some great case studies of Japanese Companies and Products.

While the long Slide presentation will not be shared, attendees of the Event received an Electronic Copy of Professor Sugai’s Book The Value Plan: How to create future-proof products & services and a Summary of the presentation was promised. (request below)

If you attended the Workshop you’ll be pleased to know Dr. Sugai has provided a summary. Please contact me (Jason Ball) any way you like, or fill out this form to request a copy.

If you were unable to attend but would like to know more about The Value Plan, take a look at Professor Philip Sugai introducing his book below and if you’d like an introduction to Dr. Sugai and or to request a summary of the Workshop, also contact me as above.
